Multiple CRUD pages in new Laravel setup - this is code generation based on a working model, not new architecture

I have a very basic crm/pmgr ..I want to rebuild from scratch. Your task is to create a basic framework for a new site. The map is done, you generate the backbone based on my working site. There are at least three tutorials to do this but I prefer creating an ongoing relationship for this multi phase endeavour. My expectation for cost on this initial framework is conservative due to its generality and known tools to expedite the code production. Here is the task needed to complete phase one: 1. Create/Set up Laravel on my Host with fresh new MySQL tables - ( estimated 10 mysql tables will be provided to you) 2. Secure User Authentication system ( again great, secure, examples online) 3. All Mysql tables must have Crud functions - All CRUD forms must be bootstrap modal format utilizing AJAX data - CRUD must include working examples of dynamic values for select fields (2-4 fields per form ) - CRUD Includes Jquery Datatables with some filters utilizing Select2 ( I have working examples ) 4. Create secure File Uploads and secure file access(assumably outside the public directory) 5. (this item not required to win bid) Some challenging Jquery CRUD for at least one Jquery FullCalendar Important considerations: 1. Security and safety - explanation of selected method ( some I will recognize without explanation ) 2. Simplistic and common sense function and element reference names ( preferably corresponding to Mysql table names) 3. Build with intent to be part of phase 2, the UI with a few APIs ( Gmail, Goog Cal, DigitalDOcs, more) I have a full working site for reference to help visualize your end goal. This project is basic in size and functionality needed, this is not a multiple weeks or even multiple days pay scale. There is no rush on timeline so days to build are fine, but any developer with Laravel experience should be able to judge this as a small project. Based on how the experience goes I will bonus well for good work and good communication.
