Modify and fix source

Budget $30-250 USD

I have a source for a php script which determines which api to use, and I need it configured and modified so it can work, along with an explanation how to add users/plans to the file. I will link the entire source, but I am only looking at the /panel/api/[login to view URL] and the database. This is a api which sorts api's based on which is least used, and then curls said api to trigger an ssh event. The final product will be triggering a stresstest on a users server to test against common/uncommon denial of service events. It has a vip function, which would be nice to have implemented. Also could use a time limit for the user entered time variable, along with a concurrent limitation. I can provide any explanation for what it needs to do along with a test api for testing if functionality works. If you think you can handle this or need better explanation, please chat me. I will be on in ~ 6 hours from now. Also can pay up to $125 for this, can not go to $250, freelancer won't let me input lower $ amount. I look forward to the replies!
