MIllion pixel site needed.

Hi,

I have no idea what PHP is, nor do i know how to use it. I want to create a million dollar pixel site. I have got PHP script with the basic code for the website ( visit [url removed, login to view] to see the current code) but i need some one to jazz it up a bit. Help me make all the payments automated and all the ad posting automated. I also would like someone to implement a banner, which i have already designed. And well basically finish off the finishing touches.

I also need the person to upload everything to a server, i don't currently have a server so i am hoping you could reccommend one. SO i need you to upload everything and check the site works

I need this person to have MSN or some other form of instant messaging or stay in contact via email to let me know how the project is coming along.

As a bonus the person who finishes the project can have a large block (50x50) to advertise thier site or buisness for free.
