We need a website that is menu driven for spare parts from multiple suppliers. So the website/database will have two types of access.
1.) The supplier will put up the parts.
2.) The customer will log in to get information about the part.
This application will be linked to a CTI (via premium call numbers) for the following,
1) When a supplier wants to advertise a part he enters it in a website ( he will be charged by either a calling a premium number and entering a website generated number or by having an account)
2) When a customer wants to retrieve details of who has the part he enters the website, runs his search finds the part and the # of suppliers and a reference code. He is then give a location to enter a password that is linked to the reference code and prompted to call the premium call number. He then calls a premium call number enters the reference code and he then gets and automated IVR telling him the password. Once he enters the password the all the contact details of the suppliers become available. This code is valid for 24hours to access this information then disabled.
I am wondering is it possible to integrate this type of setup into a fully hosted solution using VoIP? Understanding the premium call number has to be supplied locally.
