We're in need of a mall management website which has it's own iOS and Android app.
In this system, the mall admin has tools to manage the entire mall.
There are 3 login levels and it's divided in the following way :-
1). Allocate empty shops to vendors.
2). Remove shop from a vendor
3). See vendor details.
4). Give login to vendor details.
5). Get a status of all people who entered in his mall. Get their email ID and phone number.
6). The people who come in the mall, can download app and see all shops within the mall, products sold in the mall and can see various images of the mall.
7). Mall admin can send push notifications to people who come in mall, via the application downloaded by the user.
8). Mall admin can contact vendors via the app.
9). Admin can send promotional mail and SMS to their customers and see analytics related to that.
10). Admin can manage workers (Cleaners, Security, Lift Managers) and assign them various departments in the mall.
Vendor :-
1). Vendor can list their products.
2). Vendor can send a list of push notifications to admin, so it could be broadcasted.
3). Vendors can see analytics related to their push notifications.
4). Vendors can send promotional messages to customers who come in the mall.
5). Vendors can manage list of it's shop employees.
Customer :-
1). Customer can receive push notifications in the app and go through it.
2). Customer can browse all shops which are in the mall, see their products and current offers from them.
3). Customer can connect to various vendors and get to know more about their products and offers.
4). Customer can get access to free WiFi by logging in the app.
Now all these 3 type of logins need to be available through website, iOS App and Android app.
