I have a system to issue loans but there is a change I would like three changes to be made to the loan process.
1. Currently the loan period and repayment duration does not have the option for one off payment. I would like the option to be there for those loans that are taken and are required to be cleared once.
2. The interest is supposed to be charged on the loan amount so that the borrower gets the amount minus the interest i.e when I borrow 2000, the interest charged is 24%, this means the disbursed amount should be less the interest, meaning I will get 1520 but repayment I'm supposed to repay 2000.
3. I would like to have a system charge which would be deducted from the monthly loan remitted i.e the charge is a fixed fee which is 2% of all the loans disbursed for the month, so the reports should show the fixed system charge on calculation of the monthly disbursed loans.
The system is Laravel based.
