I am Alex Maina From Kenya working as an assistant at Gatra Insurance agencies based at Thika Kenya. We are currently developing a website for Gatra insurance agencies and I would like a webdeveloper who can create a notification system that informs us when an insurance cover is about to expire. The system should contain the following;
1. A login and registration form for the admins this will be an admin system only not for clients.
2. A php database storing all the information about our clients both pdf and images are included.
3. A notification system that informs us 3days before the insurance policy expires for 30 day covers and 45 days before for annual covers.
