1) When a masseur signs up through the website, they get a thank you email. But when one of their members receives a Review, the masseur isn't notified that his client has send him a Review, the rating and the comments. He should get an email with an optin to view it and reply to it. Currently, the reviews are sent to the site admin for moderation.
2) Check subscription upgrade and downgrade. Client claims that it is not working. Could be a setting or perhaps an update is reuqired.
3) There is an area in the Member account for verification (like an instagram or facebook badge). They must submit private information in order to get the badge, which is also moderated by the site admin.
* IMPORTANT UPDATE:
We have an update for the project which is attached. We want to work mostly on the emails.
My developer here is sick but he also said my initial request for the 3 points I mentioned are very easy and he would edit the Child Theme is some functions needed custom coding.
But now my client wants to add emails. Perhaps this is a plugin. The Email Template section in the admin would be a place where admin can edit the email templates and the time delay in sending as well as the recipients.
Note: I'm loking for a lead developer also who will take on 3-4 of our projects each week. Keep that in mind because I want to find a great contractor. I can keep you busy!
