Magento 2 Developer to Install and Customize a Theme to mimic Tiles Shop

I am looking for a good Magento 2 Developer. This can and most likely will end up a long-term postition.
The shop was already started by somebody else, but we will need to pick a new theme and customize it to look similar in function to a competitor's website.
Clean and efficient coding and a true knowledge of Magento 2 are required.
I will explain everything in detail and will ask for a fixed price for starters. Subsequent changes can be charger hourly.
