Lucky draw site - backend and frontend

Requirement:
1) 6 digits (all these 6 digits are serial number that pre-keyin into the DB.
2) Default is one record. Has the option to multiply by certain numbers. So the 6 digits will appear a few times depends on multiply number.
3) Has the check box to disable the number to participate in lucky draw
4) Has the hidden function allow the number to be a winner.
5) Each draw allow us to determine how many set of number to be winner (e.g. Jan draw will be 3 numbers, Feb only 1 number and Dec allow 12 numbers).
6) The number that win during that draw, it will disable automatically.
7) All numbers will append and keep using them in every draw. All these number are serial number of the machine we sold. Every sold machine, we will key in the number.
8) The algorithm of the lucky number selection needs to be un-predictable and sequentially select from the DB entry of the serial number records.
9) The display of the lucky number will be animated with a flipping of numbers starts from left to right until the last digit during lucky draw period. Each number will appear by 10 sec later.
10) All lucky draw number needs to store in DB to show as history (with time stamps) on the we site.
