Looking for WordPress web designer experience in Genesis theme framework -- 2

Need to custom design the header navigation. menu, footer, and homepage, as per the mokeup.
And, blog page (where all the content will be displayed and links to respective blog detailpage) instead of regular plain vanilla blog page.
Site already is live and we use genesis theme framework, so one needs to be having experience into genisis theme framework and build on it
For two pages and navigation menu (header, footer), we are looking to achieve it in 2 to 3 days. Please apply to this project if you can:
- sign a set of agreements includes confidentiality, nda etc (which we need to send you prior we send you mokeup details.)
- you can sign and send us back the soft copy of signed agreement by an hour or two once we send you agreement on Friday, and we can disclose to you the website URL and login details so that you can initiate the work.
- you are available to work on Friday, Saturday, Monday and Tuesday to help us accomplish this project with quality.
- you know genesis theme in and out, and can make pages mobile friendly.
