We are a Real Estate Investment Firm based in Atlanta . We are looking for a Lead Manager with an extensive experience with Podio and lead follow up. The person must be able to speak English fluently and previous experience in this sector is a big plus.
The candidate would be responsible for
handling all incoming leads until they are under contract. This includes, calling them back
initially, following up (CRM) when due, gathering all important information about the property
and entering it into the Lead Item, scheduling appointments with sellers, sending offers to
sellers via email or mail. They also get to decide if the lead is not an opportunity, and can either
cease contact with the lead, or pass the lead to a Realtor
