We need to create a Lead Management CRM with following Sections
1. Add Lead
Provision to Add Lead Manually
Provision to Add Lead via Import of Excel Sheet
Provision to Add Lead via Auto Feed from Facebook in Real Time
Date and Time of addition of Lead to be Mentioned automatically and this is not changeable
2. Contact Details within Lead
First Name *
Last Name *
Mobile Number * (Country Code in Drop Down List)
City (Drop Down List)
Country * (Drop Down List)
Position in Company (Drop Down List)
Categorization of Contact * (Drop Down List)
Auto Generation of Reference Number for Contact
3. Details within Lead
Source of Leads (Drop Down List)
Purpose of Lead (Drop Down List). Multiple Selection should be Possible for the same Incoming Lead.
For each type of “Purpose of Lead”, There shall be a Section to Add Questions and Add Associated Possible Answers to each Question (Drop Down List of Answers). These Questions & Potential Answers shall be inputted from the Settings Section and shall be Editable. This is some form of Profiling the initial requirement of the Lead by asking a set of questions in relation to the Purpose of Lead. If more than one Purpose (for example – Setting of Company + Buying and Office), then there shall be set of questions for each purpose and these will have possible Answers.
If the set of Answers Provided for the Questions does not fit into the predicted list of answers, there will Comment Box to manually add any Additional Comments.
Re-Assignment of Leads shall be possible from one User to another User and there shall be Log maintained for the Assignment with Date and Time
Any Up-dation of Lead (even if it is opened for review but no change being done or change being done to Lead) to be updated in the Log
Comments Section of Lead shall be similar to our Private CRM in the Contacts Section and showing date and time of added comment as User who added the Comment, however with the provision of a Scroll Down List so that the Visible Comment on top is the one which is the most recent.
There shall be a section for Adding Updates to Actions Made for Follow Up. This shall be having the Date and Time and Mode of Follow Up along with the Comment Box for each of that Follow Up. There shall be possibility to set a Reminder Date for the next Follow Up with Comment Box mentioning what needs to be prepared for the next Follow Up. After every Follow Up, there shall be possibility to tag the Lead as different status ( for example – starts with New Lead, then Under Process), and such Tags to show how much Importance or Urgency is to be given to each Lead.
Once the Reminder Date is surpassed without any action and update, those leads shall be turned Red in the Log thereby indicating pending Task for follow up. Refer our CRM.
Sorting of Leads to be Possible by Name, Source, Category, Status and Undone Reminders (those which have passed the Reminder Date but not actioned upon).
There shall be possible to attach certain Documents such as Word, Excel, JPG, PDF to each of the Leads when required. Refer our CRM for illustration
4. Log of Contacts
Generation of Contact List from the Leads (irrespective of status of leads)
Possibility to Export to Excel this List of Contacts
5. Users Section (same as Agents)
6. Roles & Permissions for Users
There shall be certain privileges and restrictions as normal
7. Drop Down Lists
All the Drop Down Lists for selection of category, type, etc should be Editable such that whenever we wish to add a new kind of category, type, etc – we should be able to do it.
This is the first module for Lead Management. You can input your ideas. After this is up and running, we would expand this to other Modules to include Accounting and maybe other functions.
