Laravel and React coder who is passionate about a long term working opportunity

We had the greatest of the greatest coders working for us earlier this year and when the project was over let him go and thanked him for his time. BIG (HUGE) mistake on our part. We found out later on that we had new requirements that needed to be done and when we went back to hire him again, he was signed on with a new company. We have waited for 3 months for him to be done with his contract and they have just extended him another 6 months!!!! He was the kind of coder where we could say "This is not giving the correct results" and he would tell us "Give me 15 minutes and I will fix it" and it was done. He literally asked us one day for more assignments and we told him he was fixing things faster than we could keep up. I will never be able to tell you how much we miss him and his incredible skills. Having said all of that, we are looking for someone just like him. A laravel and react guru. You live - eat - breathe laravel and react. No matter what it is you do you are comfortable with troubleshooting and testing out your changes on a test server and then uploading to live. We have learned our lesson - once you get a good one, keep them. Even if you don't have work. Keep them because you will eventually want to add new features for the site and if the great coder you had leaves - you are stuck with a bunch of bozos who only say they are coders but only make your site and frustration worse. Because of this, we are hiring for a long term partnership and are looking for the freelancer who not only fixes issues we point out to him/her but also has great input on how we can do things better. The person we hire will be comfortable with SEO, Google maps, Stripe, PayPal, egram newsletters, etc. Please do NOT apply if you are not even close to what we have described. We have an exceptional website right now and will absolutely fire and leave a 1 star review for poor knowledge and performance. This is a chance to be a part of a company possibly for forever. We may ask simple tasks to see how competent you actually are, so be prepared to show your skills.
