Advertising agency software packages that enables design projects to be created and tracked through the development process, to record changes requested by clients and, once approved, produce an order that can be faxed to a publication.
Need tos save final designs as PDFs on the system for future reference.
Over all I would need the following functionality:
- A unique new "job bag" number, to be raised from the database
- Name of author/designer selected from a table
- Name of client selectd from table
- Date/time of order recorded
- All amendments to be date and time tagged
- Option to Cancel, FREEZE and re-activate cancelled order
- Option to send order by email / print
- Name of publication seleceted from table
- Date the advertisement to be appear
- Input of size of advertisement, mono / colour / spot
- Cost of advertisement to be calculated, based on various parameters (publication, size, colour, etc)
- Cost of advertisement to client and calculation of mark-up and commission
