PLEASE INCLUDE THE NUMBER 1344 SOMEWHERE IN YOUR INITIAL RESPONSE. ANY INITIAL RESPONSE WITHOUT THIS NUMBER WILL BE DELETED. Once I start communication with you, you no longer need to include this number.
Automatic bidding will be deleted. Only serious inquires please. Good response time is a plus. I do not want to wait days for a simple response during development. Please keep in mind that this is not an e-commerce site. There needs to be specific programming.
I am not in a hurry to award this project. I want to take my time researching the bids and all of the bidders profiles and portfolios. If you are looking for a quick dollar please move on. I prefer someone who will take the time to understand the functionality of this web site since it is not your typical eCommerce web site.
You may also be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement if awarded the job.
102 developers have been eliminated from consideration. Currently 2 developers are being considered.
I need both programming and web design completed (front and back end). The winning developer would also be used for future updates (of course I would pay for those updates). I need a web site that will allow members to sign up and add products that they are willing to give away for free. For example, a book, an old cell phone, a pair of shoes, whatever they want to give away. Once posted then other members would be able click on a "claim" button listed on the items listing page if they would like the item shipped to them (they could also pick it up or meet if local). After they click on the "claim" button the sending member will receive an e-mail indicating a member has requested their product. A wall or text box will open up so the two members can communicate about the transaction. The sending member either sends the receiving member the item by USPS, UPS or Fed Ex or members can agree to meet if local. No Money is ever exchanged (just one credit). Products have no value. Once an item is selected by another member a few things need to happen. Some sort of communication needs to open up as a wall between both parties (this is the part that has giving me a little trouble). Each should also receive an e-mail indicating the item was requested along with the shipping address. The product needs to be removed from active products so it is no longer available to other members. A credit is transferred from the receiving members account to the sending members account. I guess there could be an internal message tool so the two members can communicate about the transaction. Members would be able to obtain credits a few ways. They could buy credits and earn credits. There would need to be a static page to be able to purchase credits. There would be six packages to select from. Payment method would be PayPal. They would also have the option to sell credits back. I would also need a rating system in place. A receiving member would receive 1 point for every successful transaction and a sending member would receive 2 points for every successful transaction. For every 10 points earned a user receives a free credit. The total points always accumulate which represents the members rating. Logo and name has already been created.

How It Works page (I would edit and supply content basically a static page)
Members rating (awarded points for each successful transaction)
Manage Items page (add, delete or modify items)

Member Log In
Member Log Out
Buy Credits page (six packages PayPal only)
Items listing page (items name, items description, up to 5 images, check boxes next to shipping options so sending member can display what shipping methods they are open to using. There would be 5. USPS, Fed Ex, UPS, Other and Local pick up or meet up.
Terms of Service page (I would edit and supply content basically a static page)
