Instructions to modify WooCommerce shopping cart page

I have built a web store with Wordpress and WooCommerce but I would need to do some modifications to the shopping cart page.

From the image attached, you can see the shopping cart page at the moment.

At the top, there is the full width product listing (heading "Sinulla on 1 tuote ostoskorissasi").

Below product listing, there is three 1/3 columns. The middle 1/3 column is divided in to two area one on top of other (headings "Toimituskulut" and "Syötä mahdollinen alennuskoodi.").

I would like to have these 1/3 columns as full width columns on top of each other.

I would like to have these 1/3 columns in the following order.

Product listing as full width (as it is at the moment so no changes to this).

The first 1/3 column (heading "Saatat olla kiinnostunut...") to be full width like the product list is.

The second 1/3 (which is divided in to two parts, headings "Toimituskulut" and "Syötä mahdollinen alennuskoodi.") to be full width column divided in two 1/2 columns side by side. Left 1/2 column would be "Syötä mahdollinen alennuskoodi." part and right column would be "Toimituskulut" part.

Lastly, I would like to have the last 1/3 column (heading "Ostoskori yhteensä") to be full width column like the product listing and "Saatat olla kiinnostunut..." column.

This should be accomplished so that you give me precise instructions about how to do this so that I can do the actual changes myself. I have attached the theme and plugin files as they are on the server at the moment. Zip is divided in to three parts using 7zip because of the Freelancer.com download limits. There is Avada theme files and also Avada-Child-Theme which is supposed to be used for the custom php files for custom shopping cart page.

I am using latest Wordpress, latest WooCommerce and latest Avada theme ([login to view URL]). Avada theme has some WC files that they have overridden. Custom Avada/WooCommerce files are as follows:

Saatat olla kiinnostunut... = (cross selling) You may be interested in...

Toimituskulut = Shipping costs

Syötä mahdollinen alennuskoodi = Enter possible discount coupon

Ostoskori yhteensä = Shopping cart total
