NOTIFICATION VIA SMS & EMAIL
- Clients will receive sms and email at the point of registration (the content of sms should be small just one page while the content of the email should be more comprehensive)
- Admin should be able to sort phone number and email address based on the registered location and should be able to send bulk sms and email based on location using a portal.
- Staff should be able to have individual account
- From their account they can send their daily report, send Suggestion or complaint to Manager & MD
- There should be MD’s broadcast which every staff will see the content on their individual account
- There shall be communication among staff via the portal
- Staff employment details should be in their account eg. Date employed, position, salary structure, leave status. Their credentials should be uploaded to their account including employment letter, job responsibility, employment agreements, CV, query, etc.
- Manager or MD can issue query or task to any employee
- Employee can send single or bulk mails and sms from their account
- Someone can register to become contract marketer
- Registered account should have dashboard that will contain personal details, total amount made, withdraw able amount, pending amount, people referred and courses they trained
- Withdrawal request and request to use money for training
- Referrals link and code
- Resources eg; flyers, banners, guideline etc.
- Marketer can send single or bulk mails and sms to clients from their account for publicity and follow up
- Referrals will get 5% commission
- Students can enter their certification number and validate their certificate
- Those we train can upload available jobs but it must first be approved by admin
- Admin can upload jobs
- Trainees can upload and update their cv
- Trainees will be receiving tips such as safety, career, etc.
- Those we train can register as contract marketer
- Those we train can write testimony and feedback if approved by management let it be published on the testimony page on the website
- Trainee should be able to track the history of training they have done with us, amount they have paid and their balance
- Trainee should be able to raise alarm if the payment they made has not been updated
TRAINING REGISTRATION AND RECORD MANAGEMENT
- All registration must be done on the website, clients can register on their own and admin can also register for them in the office
- At every successful registration, system must generate a unique registration number which can be used to track the student, the number must be serial and when you enter this number every information concerning the persons business with us will come out automatically, one student cannot have 2 registration numbers no matter how courses he/she registered with us. If the person has registered before with his/her name, phone number and email the system should detect the person registration number and admin can update the record by adding the new courses.
- Trainee can pay maximum of 3 times installment either paying with card or cash and every cash or POS payment must be updated by the admin
- Online training can only pay once and payment must be made before the system will allow the person to proceed
- Let MD have notification of payments made or updated
- Let registration form for those that register for Lagos training go to Lagos, Abuja goes to Abuja etc.
- Those that register without payment should not have unique registration number and their form should indicate pending.
