Implement features to a traffic exchange PHP script

We are currently in the process of building a traffic exchange website. We currently have a copy of this script, and it is fully open source and fully customize-able. [url removed, login to view]

However, this script is missing some critical features that we need our site to have. We are looking to hire an experienced web developer who knows their way around PHP to code these features in the script for us.

We would prefer to work with someone who is familiar with how a traffic exchange website works, however, all knowledgeable applicants will be considered.
