Help with wordpress theme

Hi,
I have bought a wordpress theme on themeforest and installed it already with demo content so I get the same as I bought. But I'm stuck at a few things so I need help with that. My site is at [login to view URL] so you can view what it is about. This is what I need to get done:
1. My logo pushes the header down. It should be put more on top of the page so the header looks nicer.
2. I have woocommerce installed there and I added under categories all the categories that I want. But somehow they are not showing on the site and I have no idea how that big menu thing works. I just want that everywhere on the site the same categories as the ones I put under woocommerce in the admin, are showing. Also you need to explain me how it is done.
3. On another wordpress site I started already with adding about 20 products. I would need you to export those products there and import them in the new site. But before you do that, all demo products should be removed so I can start adding new products from a clean site.
For someone with experience, this shouldn't take all too long.
I may have more work for the one I pick who does a good job ;-)
