Hello, You'll need access to a server you manage, which would likely mean you'll purchase an S3 and EC2 instance from Amazon. There's also Google Cloud Computing. Both of these companies offer a free trial you might be able to sign up to. You'd need both compute and storage for this. I'd recommend the cloud computing route in general to reduce the maintenance and labor costs of physical hardware. What third party will be accessing the folder(s)? Once some of the server setup and configuration is decided on, then we could get started on the actual implementation of the project. I'd likely implement this on a Linux OS, and use gmail as the interface for managing some of the email processing. Google has some APIs that are easy to get up and running in a short amount of time that would facilitate the processing of email, as well as the gmail application providing an easy and common interface.
