I'm in need of a skilled Genesys Cloud developer with expertise in system integration. The primary focus of this project will be Modifying existing genesys IVR caller (web based) and add custom SIP URL Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proven experience with Genesys Cloud - Strong system integration skills - Familiarity with connecting CRM systems, ERP systems, and internal databases - Excellent problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
