Full-Stack PHP/Laravel & Flutter Developer. Budget: $450

I need a fullstack developer, good in PHP/Admin and Flutter app. The tasks is to fix issues in my code (the highligted tasks are already done but the APIs are to be consumed and developed on the app side). The work spans both layers: crafting well-structured PHP 8.x / Laravel code (migrations, seeders, RESTful endpoints, authentication, testing) and delivering a smooth Flutter interface that consumes those APIs on iOS and Android. What I expect from the finished build • Complete Laravel project in a public-ready state, PSR-12 compliant and sitting behind clearly documented endpoints (OpenAPI or Postman collection). • Flutter source code plus release-ready builds for both stores, with state management of your choice (Provider, Riverpod, BLoC, etc.) and sensible folder structure. • Easy, repeatable setup: `composer install && php artisan migrate --seed` and `flutter pub get` should be all that is needed to spin the project up locally. • A concise hand-over guide covering deployment to a Linux VPS and the standard App Store / Play Store submission steps. Acceptance criteria 1. All required features function on current iOS and Android versions. 2. Code passes `phpunit`, `phpstan` (or similar) and `flutter analyze` without errors. 3. No hard-coded secrets; environment variables drive configuration. After the initial milestone, I may retain ongoing maintenance and feature work, so clarity, clean commits, and solid documentation are important from day one.
