Frontend Backend CMS System

First off this is not WORDPRESS - so if your abilities are limited to Wordpress only - DON'T RESPOND. Second I hired someone off this site but it's taking forever to get anything completed... So, if you aren't capable to make things happen in a timely manner - DON'T RESPOND! This is an ADULT TUBE site and the CMS is ADULT VIDEO SCRIPT - IF YOU CAN'T WORK ON A PORN TUBE SITE - DON'T RESPOND! With that being said I am assuming you won't just bot me to death without reading the above - if needed READ IT AGAIN. I need someone who can work in the Front End (.php .tpl .css) to create new sections of the site. Example (models, channels etc.) which means you have to be able to alter or created backend admin panel coding to work with the frontend. Example: Manage Models - Add Model - upload profile image - upload background banner image - pagination in abc for models by name - also write script to allow tagged models in videos to populate model page. Same for channels etc. Also the mobile side will need to be coded through css so that the site looks good and engaging on a cell device. Models and Channels have already been created by someone who seems to only be able to work on the site a day or two a week and the work accomplished in that amount of time isn't working for me. I am limited on my ability to code - I am able to code out simple things but this project isn't in my abilities - if I were able to write the code myself this would have already been completed. I am a graphic designer and have already generated templates for the idea. I don't need an entire template - the template is done - I just need some altered things to occur and some added things to the existing template.
