FreePBX EPM config for Polycom VVX600 BLF call pickup

We use FreePBX as our PBX and Endpoint Manager to configure phones. We just finished a project that uses Polycom VVX600 phones - and that is not our standard. All seems to be working fine, except that we cannot get the BLF call pickup function to work correctly. By this, I mean if ext 100 has a BLF for extension 120, and 120 is ringing, 100 should be able to touch the BLF for 120 and answer the call. The programming must be done in EPM, and from there, provided to the phones. EPM is functioning perfectly for all other aspects of the job, so we only need the right programming placed into EPM to allow BLF call pickup.
