ForkDelta Trading Bot

I'm looking to have a bot created that does the following functions on ForkDelta ([login to view URL]!/trade/DAI-ETH):
1) Need to create new ETH wallets every XX minutes
2) Need to fund the ETH wallets with ETH and altcoins every YY minutes
3) Need to place limit buy/sell orders for specific altcoins every ZZ minutes
4) Need to place buy/sell orders on specific outstanding orders, just like you can do so manually by clicking on the order (Screenshot: [login to view URL])
