Ok, heres the details in full. One of my websites, [login to view URL] has a PHP script base DJ registration and display system using a MySQL backend. It was working great for over a year, then we had to transfer from one server to another because spammers had somehow gotten into my server and were sending spam. I have several websites on my server, this was NOT the one they were using and none of the sites were affected by the spam sending or the hacking. We created a new server and populated all the files and databases from the old one to this new one. The issue is now that most of the PHP functions to and from the MySQL databases work fine, but there is one or two that does not work or pullup the info. For example, the [login to view URL] have a call on the url string that will pull up a specific database entry i.e. [login to view URL] will pull up the Dj's info that is listed in section 32 of the database. If the account is inactive it is shown by a '0' in the account status field in the MySQP database, the script ([login to view URL]) will request the data from the MySQL database, and if it is not registered as a '1' in the account status field it will display 'This DJ's profile is not active.' , but if it pulls up ANYTHING other than a '1' it will say that. I assume somehow after the server migration it is not pulling up the right database or table. I cannot figure it out myself, though I did not design the script to begin with. Also, on the DJ registration page ( [login to view URL] ) the script will not allow a person to register, when you agree to the terms and select 'Next' it just refreshes that same page and never lets you register. Once again this MUST be some glitch in the sync-up of the files or database/tables.
Finally, when you go to the Categories selector the php script [login to view URL] should pull up all DJ's registered as being associated with a specific genre. However, when you select a genre on the [login to view URL] page ( [login to view URL] ) it will transfer you to the [login to view URL] file with an ID call included in the URL, an example would be [login to view URL] , which would pull up all the DJ's listed in the 'industrial' genre. However, instead of pulling up the DJ's associated with the 'Industrial' genre it will first display all the Categories as text links, then below it will display ALL of the DJ's registered on the site, as text links also.
So basicly we had to do a server migration, my PHP scripts are not pulling the data from the MySQL tables properly, and I need to get them back to working properly again. I'm ready to get this fixed ASAP so once I get a good bid I will take it. Time is important so do not bid unless you are going to resolve the issue immediately upon accepting the job. Do not bid if you are going to schedule it for a few days from now, etc.
Keep in mind there is NOTHING WRONG WITH THE SCRIPT! It is some sort of issue with the database related to the server migration.
I appreciate your taking the time to read through my issue and look forward to receiving your best bid. Please contact me if you have any questions.
I can research what is not OK with Database. And find solution. You script will works like before.
I need FTP access to your site and access to MySQL database (phpMyAdmin?).
Escrow deposit is required.
Please, check me profile it speaks for me.
