Filter Raw Data from Excel Export - Need Proper Filtering

I export an excel data everyday that I need sorted properly. I need you to create an excel summary page based on values i need to see from the raw data. I have uploaded the sheet with the raw data and the summary page format I need to be able to read. Key Features: Site: Need to be able to filter by a single Site or multiple selected Sites Dealer: Need to be able to filter by a single dealer or multiple dealers and/or sites or no sites Username: Need to be able to filter by a single username or multiple users name and/or dealers and/or Sites Billing Period: Need to be able to filter the above by a specific month and Year. *I need to know all NEW camera adds for that billing period and the cameras that were added in past months (Renewal Cameras). * Excel raw data export only displays a new entry when there is a modification to a specific dealer. * The Excel Sheet which I have updated only works if I want to select a specific Dealer to search camera adds. Uploaded Files: 1. The Plan-History Month is the export of raw data format. 2. The Dealer Billing is the billing sheet example I made of the information I need to be able to see. I'm missing the above filter options that need to be added.
