Experieced PHP programmer for Small Project

I need to have a website re-designed. It is a simple project for a experienced PHP programmer.

Projects would include updateing and improving website templates as needed based on what the members/ girls want.

Please let me know how much experience you have and what projects you have worked on in the past.

This project will be small but will leads to more work in the future if you are good to work with. long term project so please do not post if you are looking for short term work. I need someone I can depend on and who will work with my current programmer in Romania to learn the current network.
