Existing MySQL/PHP Program Customization

Job Description:
We are currently using a scheduling system based on the great free program "PHPScheduleIT" (go to [url removed, login to view] to see the demo of the program). If you want to see the original code that we have modified, go to [url removed, login to view] We need someone who can quickly and capably make the following customizations:
1. If you log in as administrator, and then go to "My Control Panel" and then "View System Stats", you'll see a huge report that displays stats for the entire program. We would like to be able to view the report for a certain date range. For example, at the top of the report, we would like a dropdown that lets the user select a date range and then, once that date range is submitted, the report just shows the stats from that range.
2. We would like a new option to be added to the popup that happens when an administrator clicks on an appointment. That new option should be a simple checkbox that reads "No-show?". Then, a new report on the Administrator control panel called "No-show Report" should display the names of clients for which that box has been checked, including the dates and times of their appointments that they missed. Again, the "no-show" checkbox should NOT be on the regular user pop-up, but should be on the administrator pop-up.
Please take a look at the program that we have based on our installation on. Please take a look at the code and make sure that you can really do this. Finally, bids will only be considered if they discuss your experience with PHP and MySQL.
