I am looking for someone that could produce a quite easy script for me.
I would like to have an event planner on my website. I am using [url removed, login to view] as my example as an event planner.
I would like to give event-organisers the posibility to place or change their event(s) on this dynamic calender and visitors the ability to see what is being organised on which date and when clicking on a certain event on a specific date, to get more information on it.
I would like to have a dynamic calender that will automatically archive past events and only show events that are going-on that day and future events.
But before giving event organiser the ability to place their event(s) I would like them to register by giving:
And the possibility to log-in my website with their username and password, and after logging in they can place their event(s) by filling out the following form:
"Name organisation" [OBLIGATORY]
"Category (with the following options; Debate, lecture, dance event, music night, conference, theater, festival, fashion, other...)" [OBLIGATORY]
"Short description" [OBLIGATORY]
"Entrance price for STUDENTS - ADULTS - MEMEBERS - PRESALE - 65+" [OBLIGATORY]
"Date of event - Start and End"[OBLIGATORY]
"Time of event - Start and End"[OBLIGATORY]
"LOCATION (with the following data)
And Addtitional description"
"What to expect on that day"
Or after loggin-in, the ability to change their placed event.
!This calender on the homepage must only show
DATE – CATEGORY EVENT- NAME EVENT - PLACE - ORGANISATION
and the rest of the information must be shown (only those which have been filled in) on another page when a visitor has clicked on a certain event, where they would like to know more about.
Oneother feature I would like to add is an EVENT REMINDER. The ability for visitors to subscribe for a certain event or more, by leaving their name, age, gender and email, to be automatically reminded, via email of it, one week and one day before their chosen event.
That is basically it, these are the main features i would like to have and if there is something unclear about my prescriptions just ask me for an explanation...
