I would like to make a shift and rotational schedule in excel sheet with the below data:
(attached Employees & stations data)
1- 25 employees
2- 9 Outstation; two having three shifts , one has two shift, six having one shift only
3- One employee in each shift (it should be adjustable so that I can add or remove any numbers)
(I know the numbers of total employee is difficult to distribute them equally, but no problem for time being)
4- each shift 8 working hours (morning, after noon and night)
5- week start from Sunday to Thursday; from 6am to 2pm
6- Friday& Saturday are off for all employees
1- one year schedule
2- Monthly schedule to hand it to employees
2- auto adjustment when ever an additional employee added or removed
3- possibility to put some employees in one shift and one station at all the time, so that they will not run into the rotational and shift cycles.
4- possibility to renew the schedule
5- good design ,easy for employee to read and understand ( user-friendly interface )
6- Fair to employees
