I sell b2b products. One good way to sell these, is to send cold mailings. Now, for making work easier, I want to build a tool that allows me to do the following: I want to be able to send personalised mass emails to relevant roles within relevant companies.
Data input into tool:
a) A list with various company names (example: Coca-Cola, Siemens, Ford,...)
b) Relevant role/position in company (example: Head of Finance, Finance Manager, HR Assistant, ...)
c) Region (Germany)
Data output from tool (in columns):
c) Company name (According to the bullet point above A.) (example: Coca-Cola)
d) Region (according to input in bullet point C)
e) Role/Positions (example: Finance Manager, HR Assistant. These are the positions required in bullet point B for EACH company. Typically there are various relevant positions within one company)
f) Person names (one name for each position found) (example: John Smith, David Mayer)
g) PERSONAL email addresses for each name (example: [url removed, login to view]@[url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view]@[url removed, login to view], ...)
h) GENERAL email address of the compnay (example: info@[url removed, login to view])
Chrome extension, Application (mac), Software (mac), etc. (all types are fine — feel free to suggest one). Important is, that I can run it anytime, without manual work and without additional services from third parties/freelancers.
- Only display contact details in the region selected (see bullet point C). I cannot seel my products in all countries.
- I want to able to contact different roles within the same company. That means, that the scrapping tool has to allow search for different roles in the same time.
- I want to be able to import bulks of company names (not one by one).
- Scrapping Sources: Its up to you ([url removed, login to view] / [url removed, login to view] / Social media / company websites / etc.). However, it defines how effective you tool is.
- I want to have output as an excel (see example below)

2) Please define the percentage of PERSONAL email addresses and of GENERAL email addresses you are able to find with your tool (example: "This tool will be able to find 70% of the company's personal email addresses and 80% of of the company's general email addresses. For 20%-30% of companys no email addresses will be found on average).

4) Define the constraints of your tool if any.
