We are running an [login to view URL] website for one of our ecommerce sites. Works "ok" in most respects but we have had an increasing number of customers say that they have trouble seeing where to enter the discount codes when we issue them (see the attached for more info).
We would like the code - to which we have no FTP access - edited to show the gift code field permanenty visible instead of being activated by a link - hence wanting a real EKM expert rather than someone asking for access which they will not get.
