I am looking for someone to create a very baisc, custom helpdesk that will be integrated into http://YouPlusLike.com.
-Manage all tickets from admin panel
-Users can view/manage/reply to their tickets within their YouPlusLike account
-Email users to their YouPusLike email when a ticket is updated
-Allow users to add file attachments to their tickets
-Users need a YouPlusLike account to create a ticket
-All users to set a ticket priority(Low, Medium and High)
-Anything else obvious that a helpdesk cannot function properly without
