Supper admin dashboard with sumary of regions (7) Discrict in each Region and number of churches in each disctict & chart.
Supper adimin creates users: Region, District and church.
Report is collected at church level then approved so it goes up to district level. At discrict level they check it again approve it goes to region , region level approve its goes to supper admin.
At each level system will have role: editor who types reports and supervisor who verify if everything is correct and approve report so it goes to upper level.
System will also have in coming and outgoing letter magement and employee management systems
