Looking to build an insurance CRM either on the back of my simple wordpress site or on its own. (I'm not sure)
This project involves
- Adding new/search/edit client details (Name, ID, Contact, etc).
- Tagging clients.
- Each client has multiple insurance policies which has its own details (type, start date, end date, etc).
- Each client has a case file with uploaded pictures/documents.
- Each policy has a case file with uploaded pictures/documents.
- Uploaded files are easily renamed and previewed.
- Uploaded files can be printed & downloaded.
- Able to bring up any customer or policy details (Name, ID, Policy Number, Type).
- Shows expiring policies 30 days ahead.
- Shows client birthdays 30 days ahead. (summary & calendar view. can be merged with policies)
- Generate reports.
- Lists down all policies within set date (daily, monthly, from - to, etc)
- Lists down all policies for the day.
- Admin/User system
- Admin can change the required fields for client and policy details.
- Backup everything onto PC/Email.
Additional - Finances, set commissions for different insurance carriers, policy type etc.
