Develop an application based on Amazon Selling Partner API

We need an expert developer who can work on the Amazon Selling Partner API (see documentation below).
We have got authorization from Amazon to use the API. Necessary access tokens and credentials will be provided.
BASIC WORKFLOW OF THE APPLICATION:

1) Pull various data sets like listings, orders, ads, etc. from Amazon seller accounts.
2) Store the data into a database.
3) Process and analyze the data to show various custom reports.
4) Interact with the data with various actions like product price updates, order processing, etc. and sync these actions with Amazon.
TECHNOLOGY STACK:
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
1) Preferred tech stack: LAMP. The application should be easily hosted on any shared server having cPanel.
2) Application should be built using PHP (preferably a framework like CodeIgniter or Laravel)
3) Database should be MySQL
4) UI should be built using admin templates based on Bootstrap
** Prior history of working on Amazon based projects like Amazon MWS API or Amazon AWS is highly preferred.
