Pool Chem Tracker Overview Web based - Mobile Friendly - 95 % of users will be mobile users. The pool chem tracker is a tool used by swimming pool professionals to keep track of the chemical levels, readings and chemicals added to the pools. It allows them to keep track of history, chemicals added and cost of chemicals for the swimming pools. The application will have a message system so users can communicate with in the application. Just a simple inbox will do. (Key note: There will be a setup where a user is a single user meaning that he is the only one using the pool tracker. In other cases the user will have employees working for him so he will be able to assign a route to an employee. The employee will have limited access.) It allows the users to set up their route by adding the customer's names, address and personal info. Then the user can designate the day of week, sort order that the swimming pool is serviced and can assign to an employee. Some pools can be serviced multiple times per week and some pools have more than one pool. The user will go to a swimming pool and test several items such as Chlorine levels, Ph levels, Alkalinity, etc. Then the user will add their findings into the application. The user will click on a next button and log the chemicals that they have added to the swimming pool. Such as amount of chlorine, amount of acid, chlorine tabs, algaecide, etc. The user can use the preset items to be tested, can add, edit, delete or change the sort order of them. In this section there will be a button where notes can be added. The application will have a section to track filter cleans. (Every pool has a filter that is serviced/cleaned when needed) This can be done on a schedule or as needed. The concept of this is simple such as a to do list, or a task list with a calendar view. The application will also have a section to track repairs. This will be done on an as needed basis, but will work similar to a to do list, or task list. Employees can request repairs, and they are sent to the admin to assign. There will be a report section where the admin can look at chemicals used, chemical cost, and profit of a pool. The user will be able to choose the parameters of the report to be viewed.
