ı need an engine which finds real estate and cars from some of major website. Cars and properties has a special filter for example km years models streeet price etc .when users wants search he can use this filters... All website updated every 3-4 minutes when our custemer created alert with his filters For example : if bmw diesel 2014 under 50k km add, System will give me alert !!! All website scraping has limited :!!!! if you scrap 3 -4 or more you should be ban therfore you have to avoid from ban
