Customize dinamic content website

We need the customization of a wordpress template for a website about Travel News. The original template has gone through some chages, but we need more. We will send you a jpeg file of the final version. It is something you can get as reference for the final version of the homepage : basically you will create more thumbnails and headlines for specific categories on the homepage. The website is already responsive and working on wordpress, but we need to work a few details on the mobile version: the pictures are distorted, some headlines are not aligned etc.. We also neeed to work on the code to make the website a bit lighter (there will be many pictures and texts). While the website is loading, we still see for an instant the older version of posts and webpages. The website is brazilian portuguese, but is not necessary to know the language., We are looking for someone reliable that knows A LOT about wordpress and is very confortable customizing templates. If you are confortable working on the code and do not know how to fix some issues, please let us now early. We had a not very pleasent experience and don't want to repeat it. Please, we only pay in the end of the project, do not ask for advanced payments. TO DO LIST: 1) Check and correct what makes the website load thumbnails in the older size and only after that load the final version. 2) include 5 thumbnails& headlines on the homepage . These are specifed in the jpeg file. Make sure it will work properly& aligned on mobile. THIS IS THE MAIN THING, without this the project is not concluded. 3 ) Aligned the widget "mais lidas"properly. On mobile as well. 4) Once you do a search "pesquise aqui" , the results show posts with "by admin" below them. We would like to remove that. 5) On mobile: susbititute the phrase "view mobile optimized" with a phrase in brazilian portuguese. 6) Related posts sections ("leia também) , below posts: make the letters a bit bigger and the pictures a bit larger. On mobile, organize it in way that it get better distributed on the page. 8) Many thumbnails are distorted, specally on mobile version. We need to fix that. 9) Remove one link from footer. 10) Place a visitors count on the posts 11) Place an author space on the posts (will not always be used, when not used must be invisible) 12) Head banner appears to be distorted on mobile version. Check that. 13) Inside category page: Remove one line from the posts subtitles. 14 ) on mobile: put a return to the top button (text will need to be in brazilian portuguese- we will give you that) If you are interested, we will send you the website link.
