I require an addon to oscommerce admin area.
This addon will provide Customer Relationship management features to oscommerce.
This can be achieved by either integrating features from projects like [url removed, login to view] , [url removed, login to view] or similar into oscommerce or adding in the required features into the oscmmerce code.
The resultant work to be supplied to "drop" into a standard oscommerce ms2.2 installation.
In oscommerce admin area, under the customers section.
1) The ability to create an appointment for a customer using a calendar system with date and time and details of appointment, the appointment stored in the calendar and in the customers records
2) The ability to allocate a saleperson to a customer.
3) The ability for a saleperson to log on to admin area and only see their customers which have been allocated to them. Administrator can see all clients and appointments.
4) The ability to click on a customers record and view all previous contact with that cusotmer.
5) The ability to record a phone call details from customers record.
6) The ability to schedule in a calendar follow-up calls from a customers record.
7) The ability to email a customer from customer account and details of this email stored in customer records.
8) Email alarms for appointments/follow up calls that are coming up.
9) The ability to have internal notes/memos that are attached to a customers record.
One solution may be linking the oscommerce customers and address book tables to phpgroupware or moregroupware, or simply integrating the features of those groupware systems into osc creatively.
