We need to build custom "Online Booking portal" where following features must be present:
- view different department availability on calendar
- book available agent/department as per availability
- book agent/department for waiting list
- cancel booking
- three different membership area
- members can chat to each others
- different type of accounts ( free member, paid member, administrator and super administrator)
- manually make date/time/ and agent/department/event available or not available
- specify how many people specific event can accept
- store all events in logs for at least one year
- administrator must rewrite events
- all agents must be able to see all calendars
- all agent can manage their own calendar
- extended notification system and user management events
- Paypal integration
