I need someone to develop a frelance using PHP, MYSQL and Linux.
Some of the features are:

2) Ability to search projects by metro areas in the US and Canada. I will supply you with the lookup tables.
3) Ability to display and group search results by radius (in miles) to the zip code (in miles e.g. 5, 10, 20, 50 miles to the zip code in the search criteria)
I know I can buy this software on the Internet from between $150 to $200 but I want something I can tweak and own for myself. I am willing to pay $400+ for a good job.
I will prefer someone with sample websites/portfolio for me to see. This will give me an idea of your capabilities and your past project work. I need this ASAP. I am a technical person myself. Please bid and lets rock.
