I'm looking for a professional who can build a tailored CRM system for our firm. The CRM should primarily focus on contact management and should be able to handle personal preferences of our customers. Key Features: - Custom Tags/Labels: The CRM should allow us to categorize customers based on their preferences, needs and interactions with our firm. - Preference-Based Filtering: This feature will help us filter our contacts based on specific preferences, enabling more targeted communication and service. - Automated Updates on Preferences: The CRM should have the capability to automatically update customer preferences based on their interactions and feedback. - Reporting and Analytics: Built-in reporting and analytics tools to analyze customer data and track performance metrics. - Task and Reminder System: The CRM should include a feature to set tasks and reminders for follow-ups with clients. - Integration with Email: The CRM should be capable of integrating with our email system for seamless communication. In addition to the development of the CRM, I also need training for one of our staff members on how to maintain it. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proven experience in CRM development - Knowledge of contact management systems - Ability to implement custom tags/labels, preference-based filtering and automated updates - Experience in providing technical training
