Create a WordPress Template

Hi I have a wordpress website that is all there but need a few things sorted for me. I have bought and added the plugins myself already but finding it hard to find the time to do the last bit to get it all up and running. It is a freelancer template and I have installed a freelancer payment system as well as a massager system and all I need to do is get them both working properly. I want to take a commission that I can set on the website if I am correct for using the service. It will be very similar to this website as of the way the payment works. The messager service is already installed and just need you to test it to make sure it works as it should along with testing the payment system. If you know what you are doing it should take you no time at all as its already set up and just needs testing to make sure it works. Looking for someone local if possible so that would be England so I could phone up and talk to for help if need be.
