Create a SOP Template and set up 4 SOP's for us

We have company process's that we are workign to build better controls for. we need to create a standard template for each of the departments to use to standardize the SOP's across our company. for years we have followed and used other companies documents. we are looking for a new standard. i will upload some of the examples we have used over the years. these are all for our " Project Support Division" that prebuilds things for our projects. this is the first set of information we would like to hire a freelancer to help support our company wide process. We would consider raising our award limits if the process would become completely web based.
