1. Create a Search for the Comms Table - Notes field.
2. Add a "Current Step" field to the Comms table.
*Notes: This field should be a lookup to a Current Step table (doesn't exist), or a filtered lookup list from the current Parameters Table. The "Current Step" list will be up to 10 entries long.
3. On the Print Postcard Search update to search by Due Date AND Current Step.
4. On the Print Postcards search, add an "Update to next Step" based on the "Current Step" field.
- Notes: There is a search in the system for creating a mail merge for printing postcards. Once we print those postcards we need to be able to set the records to another step from the list.
5. Update the People table search such that clicking on a search result opens the detail window for that record.
6. Add to the People Table Search: Search by First Name and Search by Last Name.
