Create communication Bot with booking capabilities

Software Requirements Microsoft based chat bot that’s capable of using Outlook, WhatsApp and Facebook as a channel of communication even if separately. Should be able to • Behave like a support bot, make customer service scalable and easy, be able to handle simple repetitive requests and task example, check flights, make bookings and send quotes • Should be able to forward slightly more complex task to human help and learn if possible • Should be able to behave as a feedback bot for getting customer gather qualitative and quantitative feedback as to the customers experience of a product. Additionally, optionally Should be able to generate leads and conversions chat about products & services to generate sales.
