Corrections on a Internetsite

On my internetsite [login to view URL] are two Problems:
1. the country flags i want whitout text and arrows, just the flags and horizontally (look images "flag false" and "flag right").
2. the menu in "German" is good, but not in "French". So i want the menu same as the German Version.
The Website is made in Joomla with Helix Framework and Joomshaper
